All orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase, which we may accept or decline (e.g., if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or the shipping address is unserviceable). An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By placing an order you authorise the charge.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, the order will be cancelled.

We ship across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days of confirmation and delivered within 5–10 business days, subject to location and courier availability. Tracking information is shared by email once your order ships. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

We offer a 7-day exchange on eligible items. To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Requested within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@offpath.shop with your order ID.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the requested size/variant. Return shipping arrangements and any size-difference charges will be communicated when your exchange is approved. We do not offer cash refunds; exchanges are for size or variant swaps only, except where required by law.

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by emailing support@offpath.shop with your order ID. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled and is subject to the exchange policy above.

All content on the Site — including the OffPath name and wordmark, product designs, graphics, photographs, and copy — is the property of OffPath and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@offpath.shop if you suspect unauthorised access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OffPath, its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold OffPath harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
